Mitch started his career in technical recruiting & leading the Government Services recruiting at Beacon Hill Staffing Group. He was an early employee & leader of DivvyCloud’s sales team before Rapid7’s acquisition in 2020, & has helped support Vertica Capital Partners portfolio companies rapid growth as a founding member of their operations team leading their Talent & Business Development functions.
Mitch lives in Annapolis, MD & can be found outside of work chasing his young children around & exploring the Chesapeake bay.
