AdeptID Earns SOC 2 Type 2 Status!

AdeptID has completed our SOC 2 Type 2 report! This means AdeptID has met the highest standards of data security and compliance.

Why does this matter?

Data security is critical to what we do.

Our partners hold us to a certain standard when it comes to dealing with their data and insights. We are committed not just to following best practices, but leading in them.

Getting a System and Organization Controls (SOC) report is to have passed the audits conducted by the American Institute of Certified Accountants (AICPA).

Being SOC 2 Type 2 certified is a huge milestone for AdeptID – it is uncommon for a company for a company of our size and age to have already reached it!

What did this involve?

We’ve been working for months now on this one…

In June, we announced our status as officially SOC 2 Type 1. Since then, we have worked diligently to maintain our internal structures and commitment to having secure data. Our completion of this “monitoring period” and a final audit earned us this new designation.
