2022 Summer Offsite Recap
This July 11-15, the AdeptID team gathered for our Summer Offsite. To kick off the week, we spent a couple of days warming up our new Boston office. We set our team and company goals for the rest of 2022 (and celebrated our SOC 2 Type 1 status with “soc socks”).
On Wednesday, we made our way up north to Holderness, New Hampshire, where team members went blueberry picking and biked, kayaked, and relaxed by the lake. On Thursday, we spent the morning on a boat tour of Squam Lake and ventured through the Natural Science Center, where we observed local turtles, lynxes, and mink. The team wrapped up the week with AdeptID Trivia, hosted by Rebecca and Tammi, and a lake-side discussion of our company’s values (we have changed our “Integrity and Accountability” value to “Integrity and Excellence”, to recognize the high bar we want to meet in our work).
