Welcome Felicia Hanitio!

At AdeptID, we’re really excited about how broadly applicable our technology is. We believe our analytics can act as an essential piece of the puzzle for stakeholders across the middle-skilled talent ecosystem: employers, training providers, job boards, workforce development orgs, and, of course, job seekers themselves.

However, any company with such a widely applicable offering needs real discipline to make sure it is serving the right partners in the right order. We need to really understand the needs of our “early adopters” to make sure we grow responsibly and we need an intentional strategy for how we create and share value. This is “business development” in its purest sense!

That’s why we’re delighted to have Felicia join the team as a Business Development Lead for the Summer!

Felicia has helped build and scale social ventures at various stages, with a common goal of bridging the gap between education and employment. In her previous work at Djarum Foundation, she led upskilling programs for Indonesian educators. She advised award-winning vocational programs in partnership with corporations and government. She’s designed career development curriculum for young adults and worked with an educational publisher to grow its digital presence. She holds a B.S. from Vanderbilt and is currently pursuing her MBA at Harvard Business School.

In addition to her BD responsibilities, Felicia is acting as a Chief of Staff for the AdeptID, helping us build good organizational habits as the company gets ready for its next phase of growth!
